Don Hutchison has urged Arsenal to sign Gabriel Jesus and his Manchester City teammate, Ilkay Gundogan when the summer transfer window re-opens.
The former midfielder added that Gundogan would bring much-needed ‘knowledge’ to Mikel Arteta’s midfield at Arsenal.
There are rumours circulating around that, with Arsenal looking for that number nine, they are keen on Jesus’ talents.
Given that the Gunners aren’t playing Champions League football, it remains to be seen whether they can add him to their ranks.
But Hutchison, speaking on Premier League Productions, wasn’t just confident of Arsenal landing Jesus, but Gundogan as well.
“If I am Mikel Arteta at Arsenal and I am trying to take Jesus,” said Hutchison. “But I am also taking Gundogan.
“I am taking him, not just for what he does on matchday, but for his knowledge of what he will do every single day to improve those young players.”

GUNDOGAN’S FINAL-DAY GOALS MIGHT JUST KEEP HIM AT THE ETIHAD
Before the final day of the Premier League season, there was talk of Gundogan possibly heading for the exit door.
But that final-day brace, which has now won Man City the Premier League title, from Gundogan has probably meant the £20 million hero (BBC Sport) stays put in Manchester.
If he leaves, then the German would be a brilliant and game-changing addition for someone like Arsenal.
From his ability to control a game from the middle of the park to produce that goalscoring magic, Gundogan would transform an Arsenal midfield that is looking for that special touch this summer.
