Tottenham could sign AC Milan midfielder Franck Kessie for as little as €10m (£8.3m) this month according to Italian journalist Sandro Sabatini.
Speaking on Radio Radio via CalcioMercato, the reporter revealed that the Serie A giants will be willing to offload the Ivorian international for a fee in the January window.
Kessie’s contract with Milan expires this summer, and the Italian side have so far failed in their attempts to tie the 25-year-old down to a new deal with the club. And this has alerted Spurs.
As per the report, the north London side are interested in the former Atalanta star, with Tottenham one of many sides keen on signing Kessie this year.
And according to Sabatini, Tottenham can do so at a bargain price this month, with the reporter saying that an offer as low as £8.3m could be enough to force Milan’s hand.
The journalist said: “From what I understand, if Milan receives a reasonable offer for him, they will sell him. €10m? Yes, and Tottenham can no doubt afford Kessie at this price.”
Tottenham simply have to sign Kessie at this price

The Milan midfielder has been a key part of the club’s rise back to the top of Italian football in recent years, with former Azzurri international Antonio Cassano labelling Kessie as a ‘’devastating’ player.
However, with the 25-year-old seemingly available for cheap, Tottenham have to swoop in first to sign Kessie ahead of rival clubs, who will now no doubt be extra keen on making a move for the Serie A star following this bombshell on the midfielder.
