Gary Neville has tipped Tottenham to comfortably qualify for the UEFA Champions League this season ahead of the likes of Arsenal and Manchester United.
Speaking on the Overlap, the former Red Devils captain predicted Antonio Conte’s side to finish third in the Premier League with Arsenal, Chelsea and United all fighting for the final top-four spot, with Tottenham starting the new season in impressive fashion.
The north London side are yet to lose a game and currently sit third in the standings behind Manchester City and Arsenal, with Spurs kicking off their Champions League campaign this evening, as well, and Neville is already confident that Tottenham will be back in the competition next year with a top-three finish.
Conte masterminded Spurs’ impressive fourth-place ranking last season after replacing Nuno Espirito Santo midway through the campaign, with Tottenham’s 3-0 win against Arsenal the defining result that saw the white side of north London qualify for the Champions League.
Indeed, whilst Tottenham’s hopes of winning the competition remain low, Conte’s impressive record in the Premier League could put Spurs in a brilliant position to once again clinch a top-four spot, and for Neville, Conte’s side will go one step further and finish in the top-three.
Neville said when asked about the Premier League top-four race: “For United or Arsenal to get Champions League, and look they could get Champions League, but I think it’s between Chelsea, Arsenal and United. I think Tottenham will finish in the top three still.”
Neville could be spot on with UEFA Champions League prediction for Tottenham

Tottenham have started this season as they left off the last campaign with some impressive results and wins against the likes of Chelsea and Nottingham Forest, and whilst the big test against Manchester City is still on the horizon, Neville’s Premier League prediction for Conte’s men could be spot on come May next year.
After all, Conte made plenty of signings to flesh out the squad, and with Tottenham off to a flying start, there’s a strong chance that the north London side could pip the likes of Arsenal and Chelsea to a top-four spot and beyond if they continue to impress in the months to follow.
