Andy Cole has waxed-lyrical about Arsenal’s star boy, Bukayo Saka, and the ‘humble’ nature of the rising forward.
The Manchester United legend shared that he met Bukayo Saka and his dad, as he was left impressed by the 21-year-old and stated that his turnaround, since his penalty miss at Euro 2020, has been ‘phenomenal’.
Coming through the Hale-End academy, it makes Saka’s rise even sweeter for the Arsenal supporters because he is one of their own.

That fresh-faced teenager that was handed a first shot by Unai Emery is now one of Mikel Arteta’s most-important players in their Premier League title push.
And the England international has a huge fan in Andy Cole, who was blown away by the youngster, as he told Premier League Productions (16/04/23 at 1:45 pm).
“He is absolute quality,” said Cole. “I met him and his dad last year, just sitting down with him and his dad, and Bukayo was so humble.
“He still looks like a kid. His dad as well very, very humble. I watch him play. Of course, what happened to him at the Euros and the way he has bounced back. It’s absolutely phenomenal.
“For a 21-year-old kid, to bounce back the way he has done. To play the football he is playing and the level he is playing. And for people to speak about him, the way they speak about him. It’s a testament to him.”

THE FINAL RUN-IN
For the second week running, Arsenal let a 2-0 lead slip to draw 2-2 with West Ham United, with Saka missing a crucial penalty at 2-1.
It was a massive turning point in the game for the versatile star, but he has the support of his peers, including from his former teammate, Alexandre Lacazette.
Whilst Arsenal have shot themselves in the foot of late. They need to remember, it’s all still in their hands.
