Jose Enrique has posted on his Instagram story that he is a big fan of Chelsea midfielder Mason Mount amid transfer links to Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool.
The former Liverpool left-back added that Mount is a ‘very good player’, and if the Reds sign him, then they will still need two more midfielders.
Given the stupid amount of players that have arrived at Chelsea during the past two transfer windows, it has seen the likes of Mount sitting on the bench.

That included the England international being benched for Chelsea’s damaging defeat to Tottenham Hotspur over the weekend.
The pressure is already on Graham Potter, but all of this just turns up the heat in what already seems to be a chaotic kitchen.
Nonetheless, amid talk of Mount’s future, as contract talks continue to stall for the Chelsea academy product, Enrique shared his thoughts on Liverpool being keen on the player.
“I like Mount a lot,” said Enrique. “Very good player. But we need more, at least him, and two more midfielders.”

WILL MOUNT LEAVE CHELSEA?
For the player himself, there really shouldn’t be any issue given that he has come through the ranks and he is one of Chelsea’s own.
Already a club legend because of his European Cup success, it still has to be noted that he is yet to sign a new deal. Mount’s current contract runs out in 2024.
With the likes of Liverpool lurking around the corner, surely something has to give this summer and with such an influx of players coming in, it wouldn’t be a surprise if Chelsea listen to offers for near-on everybody.
