Scottie Scheffler stayed on top of the PGA Tour in 2025, collecting six victories – twice as many as anyone else.
Ben Griffin finished the season with three PGA Tour wins, matching Rory McIlroy’s total.
Next on the list were Brian Campbell, Ryan Fox, and Sepp Straka, each picking up two wins over the course of the year.
But it was always going to be Scheffler who led the way financially. Another strong season from the world number one saw him finish at the top of the official money list once again.
How Scottie Scheffler’s 2025 earnings compare to the early successes of Tiger Woods and Jack Nicklaus

Scheffler was one of eight players on the PGA Tour in 2025 to earn an eight-figure sum, with his total winnings reaching $27,659,550.
In contrast, Tiger Woods did not quite reach eight figures during his remarkable 2000 season. He earned $9,188,321 that year while winning nine PGA Tour events.
Jack Nicklaus, meanwhile, picked up five wins in 1975 but received just $298,149 in prize money that season.
Where Scottie Scheffler, Tiger Woods and Jack Nicklaus sit on the PGA Tour’s all-time money list
Woods’ excellence in his prime did not go unnoticed when it came to payouts either. The 15-time major winner sits atop the PGA Tour’s career money list.
He leads the way with a total of $120,999,166. Only Rory McIlroy has also crossed the $100million threshold.
The list places the Northern Irishman second with $107,981,766, and Scheffler third with $99,453,136.
Despite holding the all-time major wins record, Nicklaus sits far lower down the list. He earned $5,734,031 during his career and is 390th overall on the PGA Tour all-time earnings table.
Phil Mickelson deserves a mention too. He finished his time on tour with $96,727,968 before heading over to LIV Golf.
