- EXCLUSIVE from Graeme Bailey
HITC understands that Napoli have received fresh enquiries from the Premier League for winger Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.
During the 2024 European Championships in Germany, Georgian winger Khvicha Kvaratskhelia was one of the star names for the relative minnows as they were eventually beaten by Spain, who have reached the final after a 2-1 win over France in Munich.
Kvaratskhelia netted against Portugal in a 2-0 win for the minnows and even played a key role for their opener against Spain before eventually losing 4-1.
The future of the winger remains uncertain and HITC understands that Napoli have received fresh enquires from some of the Premier League’s biggest clubs about the signing of the winger.

Napoli respond to fresh Kvaratskhelia enquiries
Sources have told HITC that Napoli have rebuffed these offers as the Italian side do not want to lose the winger this summer.
Napoli are insistent that the Georgian superstar will not be leaving this summer, despite his father and agents looking elsewhere.
HITC can reveal that intermediaries have approached the likes of Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester City claiming that the 23-year-old could be available.
From these conversations with intermediaries, we are told that enquiries were made with Napoli from England but the situation over Kvaratskhelia was made clear – no change.
Paris Saint-Germain are another side who have shown an interest in the Georgian but they, too, have received the same message – he’s not for sale.
Napoli’s plan for Kvaratskhelia is clear, Osimhen less so
Napoli owner Aurelio De Laurentiis will talk with Kvaratskhelia this summer but only to give him a fresh contract with a huge pay rise.
This potential new contract will include a release clause in his deal, similar to what the Italian giants did with Victor Osimhen last year when the Nigerian penned a new deal and the club included a release clause in his new contract.
Sources have told HITC that Chelsea remain in contact with the Napoli forward with the Nigerian understood to be open to the possibility of moving to Stamford Bridge.
Whereas a move for Osimhen could well happen this summer, HITC understands that Napoli have no intention to allow the winger to leave.
Gary Neville labelled the winger as ‘devastating‘ but it appears he will not be moving to the Premier League this summer.
