Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium used to be a fortress for the Gunners, but in recent months, that home record has been turned on its head.
An astonishing stat that has recently been brought to light on social media shows that Arsenal have won just eight of their last 23 games at home, a record stretching back to last season.
Whilst there have been some impressive wins during that time, such as a 3-0 victory over Chelsea and more recently a 3-1 result against Tottenham, performances at the Emirates have been below par for Arsenal.
Indeed, the Gunners under Arsene Wenger were formidable at home. With Arsenal going almost an entire season undefeated at the Emirates in their debut season at the stadium.
Under Arteta, however, things are much different. Last night saw the Gunners draw 2-1 to Crystal Palace after heading into the break with the lead.
And last season saw Arsenal lose, for the first time in some years, to the likes of Everton, Burnley and Aston Villa. As well as other slip-ups against Wolves and Palace again.
Arsenal fans are lost for words over home record

Indeed, Arsenal’s home record under Arteta has been nothing short of horrendous. And on social media, some supporters are fuming about how poor their run at the Emirates actually is.
Here’s what some Arsenal fans had to say on Twitter about their home record in recent months…
