Fabrizio Romano has told Anfield Watch that Liverpool winger Luis Diaz is very popular among his teammates at Anfield.
The well-known and well-respected journalist has claimed that everyone at Liverpool is happy with how Diaz is doing at the moment, having joined the club from FC Porto in the January transfer window.
Romano has added that Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is “enthusiastic about his skills”, adding that the £37 million winger (Sky Sports) is “highly appreciated” by all of his teammates.
The journalist told Anfield Watch: “Meanwhile, there is great satisfaction within the club over Luis Diaz’s performances and his immediate impact since arriving from Porto in January.
“The Colombian is highly appreciated by all his team-mates and Klopp is enthusiastic about his skills and, above all, convinced that he has excellent potential to be a key player for the next few years.”

Luis Diaz already a Liverpool star
In our opinion, Diaz is already a star for Liverpool and has hit the ground running.
The winger has taken to the Premier League like a duck to water, and, in our view, he is just starting.
The 25-year-old Colombia international winger is starting games quite regularly for Liverpool, which is no easy feat when you look at the quality of attacking players that the Reds have at their disposal.
The Liverpool no. 23 has scored two goals in six Premier League appearances so far this season.
Diaz will be a big player for Liverpool in the final weeks of the season, as the Merseyside club aim to win the Premier League, the Champions League and the FA Cup.
Liverpool have already clinched the Carabao Cup.
