Jamie Carragher has said on Sky Sports Premier League (7:20pm, April 4, 2022) that Liverpool duo Alisson and Virgil van Dijk have been “fantastic” for Jurgen Klopp’s side in recent weeks.
The former Liverpool defender and Sky Sport pundit believes that centre-back Van Dijk and goalkeeper Alisson have been crucial in the Reds getting the job done over the last four to six weeks.
Since the start of March, Liverpool have not been scoring as many goals as fans are used to seeing, but the Reds have been defensively strongly.
Klopp’s side have conceded only one goal in all competitions since the start of March.

Liverpool have already won the Carabao Cup this season, and they could go on and win three more trophies.
The Reds can clinch the Premier League, the Champions League and the FA Cup this season.
Now, that is not going to be easy, but Liverpool have a strong squad with some wonderful players.
Upcoming games against Benfica and Manchester City will be massive for Liverpool.
