Ian Wright has stated that Chelsea forward and Newcastle United transfer target Armando Broja is ‘the truth’, as he told UMM.
The Premier League legend was speaking to Broja’s Chelsea teammate, Raheem Sterling, about the striker’s speed, as Wright added that he has ‘power’ to boot.
At the age of 21, Broja might not be hitting eye-catching goalscoring numbers yet, but one thing is for sure, he is showcasing quality that is making him stand out.

Newcastle might be adding to their crop of young stars under their new Saudi-led ownership, including recently breaking the bank to sign Sweden’s highly-rated striker Alexander Isak, well, they are keen on another rising star, but this time from Albania.
Wright spoke about Broja and the pressure he has on his shoulders, not just within Chelsea, but also in his homeland of Albania.
“Man’s got power,” said Wright. “Is he seriously? (Responding to Sterling saying Broja’s the fastest man in the world).
“He’s got so much expectation from him, especially from Albania. But the fact is that he’s the next one off that pipeline at Chelsea. He is the truth. You have heard it here first, Armando Broja is the truth.”

CHELSEA SHOULD KEEP BROJA
Last season, the all-action forward scored nine goals in all competitions whilst on loan at Southampton.
Broja has this natural running power to ghost past defenders, but he’s just trying to knit his natural quality, with added footballing intelligence.
That’s going to come with regular starts, although in Graham Potter’s selection roulette wheel, it doesn’t help his cause.
With this talk around Cristiano Ronaldo after he left Manchester United and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang being the senior forward at the club, Chelsea can’t make the mistake of letting another academy star leave because he will prosper elsewhere and they will go on to regret it.
