Newcastle United yesterday confirmed the signing of Bruno Guimaraes from Lyon, and the midfielder seemingly took a dig at Arsenal on social media.
The Brazilian international posted a video to his official Twitter account following his move to Newcastle, with the clip showing newspaper articles of the midfielder being linked with Arsenal before moving to St. James Park.

The 24-year-old was heavily rumoured with a move to north London this January as well as in the summer. However, it was Newcastle who won the race for Guimaraes despite interest from Arsenal as well as Juventus.
The former Ligue 1 star becomes Newcastle’s third signing of the January window, with the Toon also working on a deal to sign Dan Burn from Brighton and Hove Albion as per BBC Sport.
With Arsenal yet to sign a player this January as of writing, supporters have grown frustrated over the lack of incomings, especially with multiple names departing the club on loan and permanent moves.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is set to leave Arsenal for FC Barcelona today as per the Atheltic, with the report also mentioning that progress on any new signings is yet to be made.
And with Guimaraes seemingly taking a dig at Arsenal on social media, supporters were left stunned by the video the Brazilian midfielder posted just hours after signing for Newcastle.
