The past and present Birmingham City bosses looked to have drifted out of contention for the West Bromwich Albion position.

Past and present Birmingham City managers Harry Redknapp and Garry Monk have seen their odds on succeeding Alan Pardew at West Bromwich Albion shorten with one bookmaker.
The pair were among the main contenders when Paddy Power opened the market in February, but soon drifted to 14/1 (Redknapp) and 12/1 (Monk) – with the latter taking the Birmingham reins in the meantime.
However, Redknapp’s odds have halved to 7/1 since then, while Monk’s have also been cut to 8/1.

Marco Silva remains favourite to become West Brom’s next boss – albeit having drifted from evens to 2/1 – ahead of Michael O’Neill (5/2), Owen Coyle (4/1) and Martin O’Neill (7/1), whose odds are unchanged since the start of last week.
One new name at the higher end of the list is that of Nigel Pearson, who is also 7/1 (cut from 25/1) after reports linked the former West Brom assistant with a return to the Hawthorns on Sunday.

Pearson – the OH Leuven manager – was previously mentioned as a potential successor to Redknapp at Birmingham, who have made Monk their third full-time boss this season.
Pardew’s position is expected to become available at the end of the campaign, with West Brom’s relegation looking likely.
