The Argentine has performed magnificently in his role as Tottenham Hotspur manager.

Sky Sports pundit Guillem Balague sat down for an exclusive interview with Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino, discussing a range of topics, and sharing why he believes the 45-year-old has been so successful in north London, as quoted by Sky Sports.
The Argentine was appointed as manager of Tottenham in May 2014, and has since guided his side to a fifth place, third place and second place finishes respectively, although expectations have been raised so much at the club that last season was seen as somewhat of a disappointment.
The Lilywhites were fully expected to challenge for major honours this term, and have made an impressive start to their campaign, both home and abroad.

They currently sit in third position in the Premier League table, having taken 23 points from their opening 11 league games, and have already qualified for the knock-out stages of the Champions League, with two group games to spare.
Pochettino’s men are eight points adrift of Pep Guardiola’s rampant Manchester City side though, and can ill-afford too many more slip-ups, if they are to stand a realistic chance of winning the title.
Irrelevant of Spurs’ ability to win things though, Balague is a huge fan of the Argentine, and shared what he believes is the Tottenham manager’s secret to success, as quoted by Sky Sports:

“You break barriers. You allow people to be themselves. If there is a secret to Pochettino’s success, this is surely it.”

Despite Balague’s words, it will still be vitally important for Pochettino and Tottenham to win something this season, if they are to keep the world class players they already have at the club, whilst attracting other top stars to north London.
