Guillem Balague delivers verdict on exit-linked Tottenham trio Harry Kane, Dele Alli and Mauricio Pochettino

Spurs stars Harry Kane and Dele Alli, along with their manager Mauricio Pochettino have been heavily linked with a move away from the club, but Sky Sports pundit Guillem Balague rubbished talk of any of them leaving north London, when writing his column for Sky Sports.

Pochettino has worked wonders during his time in charge at Tottenham, and his greatest achievement has arguably been providing the platform for both Kane and Alli to showcase their undoubted talents.

The 24-year-old striker has developed into one of Europe’s most feared frontmen since the Argentine took over, whilst the 21-year-old midfielder has gone from playing League One football with Mk Dons to being a regular for club and country all in the space of just two years.

And Balague had his say on rumours linking the trio with moves to both Real Madrid and Manchester United, when writing his regular column for Sky Sports:

“Why is there an obsession about talking post-Spurs? Are you not listening to what the likes of Harry Kane, Dele Alli and Pochettino are saying? Everybody is saying this is a project they are excited about.”

Despite a poor couple of results over this past week, the Lilywhites have a great opportunity to inject some confidence back into their season with a Champions League game against Real Madrid at Wembley tomorrow.

And if they do manage to secure all three points, they could wrap up their place in the draw for the last 16 of the competition.
