Well, the Liverpool team news is getting a lot more positive these days.
According to RMC Sport, the Reds are set to welcome back a certain Ibrahima Konate into the squad.
The French defender hasn’t kicked a ball for Liverpool this season as of yet due to injury.
However, he has recovered from that problem and Jurgen Klopp looks set to finally recall him to the senior squad, as covered by HITC Sport.

With Thiago Alcantara also fit again after clocking 90 minutes against Ajax before the international break, slowly but surely Klopp is getting all of his best players available again.
It’s been a pretty horrible start to the season for a Liverpool side that have only won two of their first six Premier League outings this season.
And even one of those required a last-gasp winner from Fabio Carvalho against Newcastle United to secure the three points.
Klopp’s side are simply not looking like a team that nearly won four competitions last season, but the return of Thiago, and imminent return of the former Red Bull Leipzig centre-back, will definitely help with regards to stability going forward.
Liverpool are home to Brighton in the Premier League this weekend and then welcome Rangers to Anfield in a Champions League encounter.
One week after the Seagulls, the Reds visit top-of-the-table Arsenal and don’t be surprised if the German manager selects that date for Konate’s return.
