Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has told The Liverpool Echo that Mohamed Salah could play against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium this week.

Klopp’s Liverpool will take on Arsenal away from home in North London in the Premier League on Wednesday evening.

Egypt international forward Salah suffered an injury during the Premier League game against Brighton and Hove Albion this past weekend.

The Liverpool Echo quotes Klopp as saying about Salah: “Mo is a tough cookie. We were quite happy and lucky.

“Swollen, painful, today less so. Got a message before the presser he’s ready to train. We’ll see how that looks.”

Mo Salah boost for Livepool v Arsenal

In our opinion, Salah potentially playing against Arsenal will boost Liverpool’s of winning the Premier League game in North London.

Salah is one of the best players on the planet and is a goal machine.

Now, we know that Arsenal are strong defensively, but playing against a player of Salah’s quality will not be easy for the likes of Ben White and Gabriel.

The 29-year-old has scored 20 goals and provided 10 assists in 25 Premier League starts for Liverpool so far this season.

With Manchester City dropping points in the Premier League title race last night, Liverpool will be determined to get the better of an in-form Arsenal team and further close the gap on the league leaders and the defending champions.
