Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has said that he told his players to forget about the Tottenham Hotspur match immediately after the defeat at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, as quoted in Football.London.
Arteta’s Arsenal suffered a 3-0 defeat to Tottenham in the North London derby on Thursday evening.
Harry Kane scored twice, and Son Heung-min found the back of the net once for Spurs in the Premier League game.

Football.London quotes Arteta as saying: “I said in the dressing room this game is history for us. Now it’s Newcastle. That’s gone.”
BBC Sport quotes the Arsenal boss as saying: “This game is history and all our focus is Newcastle, Newcastle, Newcastle.
“I told them I was so proud of them and if we do what we did in the first half an hour here we will be fine against Newcastle.”

Bouncing back
In our opinion, Arsenal will have to bounce back from the defeat to Tottenham in the North London derby and show what they are made of.
The Gunners are still a point clear of Tottenham in fourth place.
There are two more rounds of matches left this season.
Arsenal’s destiny is in their own hands.
The Gunners will take on Newcastle United away from home at St. James’ Park next in the Premier League and will then gave Everton at the Emirates Stadium.
Newcastle have nothing to play for, but the Magpies will not be an easy team to win against.
As for Everton, Frank Lampard’s side are aiming to avoid the dreaded drop to the Championship and will make life very tough for Arsenal even in front of their own fans.
