Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers parted company with Mark Warburton.
Glasgow Rangers forward Martyn Waghorn has told the Glasgow Evening Times that Mark Warburton’s rotation policy was difficult to deal with.
Rangers parted company with Warburton at the weekend, and the Scottish Sun suggested that many of the Ibrox side’s players messaged the 54-year-old to express their sympathy.

However, Waghorn has taken a dig at the former Rangers boss, suggesting that results may have been improved with more consistency in his selections.
John Hartson reacts to Warburton’s departure at Rangers; makes his opinion very clear
“People don’t know if they are playing, they are in and out. There has been a lot of uncertainty at times,” Waghorn said.
“But you are playing for a big club and people are not going to deliver that on a plate. You have to go out and work for it.

“Myself and other players have been in and out. But it’s important that you do your job when you are called upon.
“It’s been difficult for a number of players and a number of different reasons. But this is by now. It is time to move on.”
Warburton rotated a lot this term, as he looked to discover the winning formula at Rangers.
However, Rangers were unable to live up to expectations, as they failed to compete with Celtic in the Scottish Premiership.
Warburton’s mistake? McLeish has hinted at change he’d make if he becomes Rangers boss
Rangers are currently 27 points behind Celtic in the standings, and look to be locked in a battle for second place.
As things stand, Alex McLeish is currently the favourite to take over at Ibrox.
McLeish has already hinted that he would offer more stability to his team selections if he took over at Rangers, which may please Waghorn.
