Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers are expected to sign Ryan Jack.

Glasgow Rangers boss Pedro Caixinha has kept his cards close to his chest, when asked about Ryan Jack’s potential move to Ibrox this summer by the Scotsman.

HITC broke the news that the Aberdeen captain has rejected other offers to move to Rangers.

However, Caixinha would not confirm that Rangers had completed a deal for the central midfielder.

The Portuguese boss said: “I don’t comment on speculation. I will be glad to be seated next to the players that are going to sign and in that moment I will have pleasure in discussing them.”

Aberdeen's Ryan Jack

Jack has enjoyed an impressive campaign at Aberdeen, and would be an exciting new arrival at Ibrox.

Caixinha has stated that he wants to increase the aggressiveness of Rangers’ team, and Jack’s arrival would help him with that aim.

Rangers are expected to be hugely active in the upcoming transfer window, with many changes expected at the Glasgow club.

Rangers have struggled to keep pace with Celtic this season, but Caixinha has promised to close the gap next term.
