Former WWE host Kayla Becker has urged the company to remove Donald Trump from the WWE Hall of Fame, saying she previously faced consequences for expressing political views while employed there.
Becker, who performed under the name Kayla Braxton during her tenure, posted a video to Instagram on February 19 outlining her stance.
In the message, she called on WWE to formally revoke Trump’s Hall of Fame induction. Her statement has renewed attention on Trump’s standing within the promotion’s honors.

Kayla Becker said that while working for WWE, she occasionally encountered trouble for sharing political opinions online.
She then shifted to explaining why she believes the company should act regarding Trump’s Hall of Fame recognition.
“Going back to me working at WWE, I would get in trouble when I posted political things because every once in a while, I’d get riled up.”
“Here’s what I think WWE should do. Donald Trump, President Donald Trump, is in our WWE Hall Of Fame. I don’t know if he’s still in it; they may have quietly dismissed him from that. I really don’t know.”
“I think they should do a public revoking of his Hall of Fame status.”
“I think that would be one of the coolest and most leadership things that they could do. Hey, Mr. Donald Trump, you are no longer in the WWE Hall of Fame.”
“I want a statement, a celebration, a parade. I think they should be a leader, they should go ahead and start this. Let’s go ahead and start this.”
Debate continues over Trump’s Hall of Fame position
Becker’s remarks arrive as discussions persist about Trump’s association with WWE, where he was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2013.
Several figures within the wrestling world have publicly commented on the matter in recent months.
