WWE are no stranger to bringing in high-profile names from other sports or the celebrity world.
We have seen Logan Paul, who made his name as a YouTuber, cement himself as a key member of the roster over the last several years.
Meanwhile, Eddie Hall has now revealed he’s had talks with WWE about joining, but the money just wasn’t right.

Eddie Hall says money was never right for him to join WWE
Speaking to Playbook Boxing, the former World’s Strongest Man winner was quizzed on fighting Brock Lesnar in an MMA fight and also whether he’d ever considered joining WWE.
On fighting Lesnar, Hall said: “So would I fight Brock Lesnar in MMA? Quick answer, yes. Obviously, everything has a price. But yes, I would.
“Game plan would be all out ——- war because that guy is a ——- mutant of a man, and he is an absolute beast in all sense of the purpose. Hard ——. It would be head down and just ——- windmill that ——- until he’s out. That’s all I can hope for. If it doesn’t happen in the first two minutes, I’m pretty sure I’d be ——.”
On wrestling in WWE, he added: “Yeah, it’s been in talks, but surprisingly, the money was never there. I’ve been able to earn more money doing other avenues.
“If you’re a beginner, no matter who you are, I think unless you’re an absolute giant, they ain’t going to pay you very well.”
Watching Hall inside a WWE ring would certainly be an interesting prospect.
Potential matches with the likes of the aforementioned Lesnar and maybe Oba Femi could create quite a buzz.
But perhaps WWE were not willing to offer Hall what he wanted from a financial perspective because he is from the UK and is probably slightly less known than some of the mainstream US-based celebrities we see appearing on the weekly shows.
