Roy Keane has claimed that Jurgen Klopp is the ‘biggest personality’ at Liverpool, as he chases a remarkable four trophies this season.

The Premier League legend praised Liverpool and their FA Cup-wining manager for having ‘fight, spirit and quality’.

That was showcased over the weekend when the Reds beat Chelsea in the FA Cup final – after another penalty shootout win.

It means that the Reds, who face Southampton in the Premier League on Tuesday, are still on course to secure a possible quadruple, although it’s the treble that is in their hands.

Nonetheless, this is what Keane had to say about Klopp at Liverpool and the club’s current crop of players, as he told ITV Sport.

“Great personality, a great manager,” said Keane. “He has a great squad. They have fight, spirit and quality.

“A lot of big pros there and a lot of big personalities. But he’s the biggest one at the club.”

COULD A LIVERPOOL LEGEND PROVIDE THEM WITH A HELPING HAND IN THE PREMIER LEAGUE TITLE RACE?

If Liverpool beat Southampton on Tuesday night, then they will be relying on Aston Villa – and their club legend – Steven Gerrard – for a favour.

If Villa were to secure a point at Manchester City on the final day, on top of Liverpool beating Southampton, then Wolves, it would hand the Premier League title to the Merseyside giants.

It’s quite remarkable that the football scripts have been written in such a fashion and there is sure to be one more twist to this title race.

Of course, for Pep Guardiola and his players, it’s pretty simple, do the job against Villa and they are champions once again.

But, as Man City know too well, the final day can throw up some of the most remarkable and dramatic moments.
