Charles Watts thinks there is a chance of Emile Smith Rowe being used as part of the Declan Rice deal that sees the West Ham United captain joining Arsenal.
The Arsenal transfer expert labelled Emile Smith Rowe as an ‘exciting talent’ and how he could be ‘dangled’ in front of West Ham this summer, as he told his own YouTube channel.
After David Moyes, who is now set to stay at the London Stadium, guided the Hammers to the Europa Conference League title, it has started moving things forward in the transfer market.

In some quarters, there are suggestions that it’s a ‘done deal’ and Rice is an Arsenal player, but of course, nothing is confirmed yet.
If the England international signs, then he will play either that number six role or the left-sided number eight role.
Either way, when asked which Arsenal players could head towards the other direction, Watts shared his thoughts on Smith Rowe.
“I think Smith Rowe to West Ham is a bit more exciting talent to be dangled in front of them, in a potential swap deal,” said Watts.
“I hope it doesn’t happen. I don’t want to see Smith Rowe involved in this deal. I would much rather he stayed at Arsenal.”

Smith Rowe needs to leave Arsenal
The 22-year-old struggled for game time towards the back end of the 22/23 Premier League season, even though he was fit
At his age, he can’t afford to be warming the bench anymore and those minutes need to increase.
Will he get that with the Gunners returning to the Champions League? Perhaps not because the big boys will now play twice a week.
But if that chance to go to another top Premier League side came about, then Smith Rowe should seriously think about it.
