Anthony Gordon has seemingly hinted on Instagram that he is blocking out the noise amid transfer speculation involving the Everton star and Chelsea.
The 21-year-old has been talk of the town on Merseyside in recent weeks, with Chelsea seemingly willing to put big bucks on the table for the player.
Well, after scoring for Everton during their 1-1 draw against Brentford over the weekend, Gordon posted footage of that goal on his IG account, including using emojis of his celebration where he puts his fingers in his ears.

Chelsea have been the Premier League’s biggest spenders this summer, so far, including the incoming transfer of Wesley Fofana from Leicester City (Sky Sports).
The defender was axed to Leicester City’s reserves by Brendan Rodgers because of how he has handled himself since talk of him possibly moving to Stamford Bridge came about, including not turning up for training.
Whilst Fofana acts in that manner, it’s a far cry from how Gordon has handled himself on Merseyside.
The England U21 international has put his head down, grafted and put the effort in for Frank Lampard’s men, who are still searching for their first Premier League win this season.
That’s proven by his weekend performance at Brentford and now the Toffees are in Yorkshire as they face off against Leeds United at Elland Road on Tuesday night.
Regardless of what happens from now until Thursday’s cut-off point, Gordon has shown Fofana how to behave when another club is serious about signing you.
