Baines has been on Everton’s books for the past 11 years.

Everton fans are reacting to reports suggesting Leighton Baines is ready to quit their club and move to Major League Soccer.
The Sun claims Baines will soon fly to Los Angeles to look into a move to either LA Galaxy of LAFC – adding that a deal could happen fast, with the former England international expected to okay the transfer as long as his family are happy with it.
And the newspaper also speculates that Everton will allow the 33-year-old to leave on a free transfer, despite him having a year left on his contract at Goodison Park.
A boyhood Everton fan, Baines returned to Goodison Park from Wigan Athletic 11 years ago, and is a favourite among the Toffees’ faithful.

But even some of those accept the time has come for him to leave, with a few even suggesting alternatives, although others disagree entirely.
