England’s World Cup journey is still ongoing with a semi-final tie on Wednesday against historic rivals Argentina to play.
However, the end of the road has come for one England supporter, who has headed back to the United Kingdom following a 22-day trip to the United States.
This summer’s World Cup has provided many from across the world to take in American culture away from the soccer games.

England fans will be hoping to extend their stay in the States by another few days with victory over Argentina on Wednesday booking their spot in Sunday’s final.
The Three Lions have played across five different US cities, but one supporter has travelled across 13 different states and 10 major cities, with three of those cities particularly standing out.

Dallas, Boston, New York, Atlanta and Miami have all hosted England and their supporters over the last month.
England face Argentina in Atlanta again on Wednesday, but one supporter has now returned back to the UK following a seriously impressive trip to the States.
“Gutting to come home, but work and all that: 22 Days 13 States 10 Major Cities 10,723 air miles 2,792 driving miles 13,515 total travel miles (not including local ubers etc) USA it’s been some journey! Thank you so much, incredible country, incredible people,” he said on X.
It is quite the trip across the pond for this supporter, who has certainly been able to take in some of the very best that the US has to offer.
When asked for his highlights, he named three cities which really impressed him: “Top 3 was Dallas, Nashville and New York. Special shout out for hot springs Arkansas.”
World Cup fans have loved visiting the US, with many feeling their initial concerns about the trip have been quashed.
Victory on Wednesday for the Three Lions would provide their fans with another opportunity to visit New York, with the final being held at MetLife Stadium.
