There is still a lot of uncertainty around Manchester United with many guessing who will or won’t be at the club next season.
The results, especially in the FA Cup, will probably determine what happens with manager Erik ten Hag, but what about his players?
Will Marcus Rashford, who has been much-criticised this season, still be a Manchester United player?
Ally McCoist was told that Paris Saint-Germain, who are set to lose star man Kylian Mbappe this summer, want the England international and have put in an opening bid of ‘£75 million’.
The former Scotland international made it clear ‘he has to go’, mainly for his own good, as he told talkSPORT Breakfast (14/03/24 at 6:30 am).
Even though Marcus Rashford was one of the best players in the Premier League last season, he has fallen back to his old ways again and struggled for that consistent form.
That’s why it’s interesting to see what happens with the 26-year-old this summer and whether he is tempted to move on.
Marcus Rashford at PSG
“He has got to go,” said McCoist.
“Is that right?” asked the framer striker when he was told the reported opening bid from PSG is £75 million.
“He has got to go. That’s what I am thinking about. I am thinking, first and foremost, it would be good for Marcus Rashford.”

Marcus Rashford would do wonders in Ligue 1
There is no doubt that Rashford can score bucketloads in what is regarded as the best league in the world.
The question mark over his head has been his body language, mental strength during difficult moments and lack of consistency.
For a team like PSG, who are the dominant side in France, Rashford would cake-walk to 20+ league goals.
But, for the sake of his career, he has to be playing in the best league in the world or his reputation might take a hit playing for a team in Ligue 1, even if it’s the top side.
