Sergio Reguilon and Marcus Edwards have sent their birthday wishes to Tottenham Hotspur defender Pedro Porro on Instagram.
The 24-year-old celebrated his birthday on Wednesday, with Sergio Reguilon also telling the right-sided fullback that he is a ‘great one’, as he posted via his Instagram story.
After signing for Tottenham in January under Antonio Conte, Pedro Porro has now become a key player for the club, although, life didn’t start like he would have wanted.
The Spanish star had a nightmare on debut against Leicester City, including a certain Tim Sherwood ripping him apart.
But, since then, he has settled into his role and is now showcasing the high-quality attacking qualities he can produce from that fullback role.
With an attack-minded manager in Ange Postecoglou at the club now, you would imagine Porro is going to be someone who will benefit from that

“Happy birthday little brother,” said Reguilon. “You are a great one,” whilst Marcus Edwards added in the comments section of Porro’s IG post: “Happy Birthday, bro.”
Tottenham’s strength at right-back
It wasn’t so long ago that Spurs were going through right-backs like a knife through butter. Ever since Kieran Trippier left, they have struggled to replace the Englishman.
But now that position has been as strong as ever, with Emerson Royal being one of the most improved players during the past 12 months.
That’s one area of the pitch that Ange Postecoglou isn’t going to worry about because it could be argued that Emerson Royal being on the bench is a little harsh on the player.
