The agent of former Fulham loanee Manor Solomon has confirmed the winger’s impending return to the Premier League with Tottenham Hotspur.
Shlomi Ben Ezra, meanwhile, is reluctant to take the credit as his client closes in on a deal that will make him the third signing of the Ange Postecoglou era at Tottenham Hotspur, joining James Maddison and goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario in North London.
Whenever a player enlists the help of super-agent Pini Zahavi, that usually only means one thing. And arguably world football’s greatest ‘fixer’ worked his transfer market magic once again, Manor Solomon agreeing a four-year deal as he closes in on a return to London.

“We are all full of appreciation and thanks to Pini Zahavi,” Ben Ezra tells One. “(Zahavi) is the one who made the whole deal (happen). He is the best agent in the world.
“We all thank him for the deal with Tottenham.”
Tottenham to sign former Fulham favourite Manor Solonon
Solomon, Sky Sports say, will undergo a medical at Spurs imminently.
There could still be complications, however; Shakhtar Donetsk’s CEO Sergei Palkin indicating that Tottenham should prepare for a day in court as the Ukrainian giants look set to lose one of their prized assets for free, six months before his contract is officially due to expire.
“I contacted Solomon and his agent and invited him back to our club,” Palkin told ESPN last month, feeling his side have been sold down the river by FIFA stipulations allowing players to leave Ukraine for free following the Russian invasion.
“I said; ‘you can play all the games in the Champions League. You will be in the starting eleven’. But he doesn’t want to (return). I believe he will stay in England.”
“In any case, if he goes to Tottenham, we will deal with Tottenham in court in this case. Everything comes to a simple situation; it sounds like unjust (move).
“Can you imagine, we pay big money for this player and finally Tottenham receives him for free? It is not fair in respect of our club. We will definitely go to court and we will fight for ourselves.”
‘An exceptional player’

Solomon enjoyed a promising if injury-hit spell at Fulham in 2021/22. He scored five goals – four of those coming in successive games after Christmas – with the right-footed left winger expected to provide competition for Heung Min-Son down the road at Spurs.
“Solomon had an amazing season in England. He is an exceptional player. There are not many like him in England,” former Israel and Chelsea boss Avram Grant tells One.
“His dribbling ability is amazing. He has game intelligence.
“Today, Tottenham is a bit of a rotten team and if they build something good there, then it’s obviously a right decision for him because it’s a big club.
“He can play there. He proved this year that he can play in the English league, without any doubt.”
