Rudy Galetti has said on Twitter that Declan Rice is open to moving to Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal or Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City in the summer transfer window.
The Italian journalist has reported that Arsenal and Manchester City are interested in signing Declan Rice from Premier League rivals West Ham United in the summer transfer window.
The reporter has claimed that Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta is determined to bring Rice to the Emirates Stadium, but treble-winners City are pushing to get a deal done for the England international midfielder.
Galetti has added that Rice, 24, likes both Arsenal and City.
Declan Rice worry for Arsenal
That Declan Rice likes both Arsenal and Manchester City is a real worry for the Gunners.
This suggests that the England international midfielder could join City if the Premier League champions are willing to pay the transfer fee needed.

We have covered it extensively here on HITC Sport how Rice really wants to work with Arteta.
But, City being now determined to sign Rice does change things for Arsenal.
City won the Premier League, the FA Cup and the UEFA Champions League last season and are a hugely attractive club.
Pep Guardiola is one of the greatest managers of all time, and Rice could be really tempted to make the move to the Etihad Stadium.
