Juventus have been linked with Arsenal striker Folarin Balogun.
According to Italian journalist Rudy Galetti on Twitter, Juventus are interested in signing Folarin Balogun from Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal in the summer transfer window.
The reporter has claimed that Arsenal striker Balogun could become a concrete option for Juventus should Dusan Vlahovic leave.
Arsenal and Chelsea are among the clubs who have been linked with Serbia international striker Vlahovic.
Galetti wrote on Twitter (8:14pm, June 12, 2023): “#Juventus put in their sights Folarin #Balogun.
“The #Arsenal player – this season on loan at #StadeReims – could become a concrete option in case of farewell of #Vlahovic. #Transfers #AFC.”

What should Arsenal do about Juventus target Folarin Balogun?
In our view, Arsenal should not rush into selling Folarin Balogun in the summer transfer window, unless, of course, they are offered a ridiculous amount of money by Juventus or any other club.
The 21-year-old has just had a very good campaign on a personal level for Reims.
The striker spent the past season on loan at Reims from Arsenal.
And he was simply stunning.
Balogun scored 21 goals and gave two assists in 34 starts and three substitute appearances for Ligue 1.
The striker also scored one goal in one Coupe de France appearance for Reims.
Now, of course, we know that Gabriel Jesus is the number one striker at Arsenal.
Jesus is not a very prolific striker, but the former Manchester City star does fit into the way that Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta plays.
However, Balogun has just completed a brilliant season, and we believe that Arteta should work with him in pre-season and then at least give him the first half of the next campaign.
After all, in February 2023, Arteta described the striker as “really ambitious, really committed and really brave” on the club’s official website, adding that the striker “is doing it’s just incredible”.
