In his press conference ahead of his side’s contest against Brighton, Tottenham interim boss Cristian Stellini said Alfie Devine and Romaine Mundle could be included in the matchday squad.
“We have some good young players who are ready to play. Alfie, Romaine and players that we trust to play part of the match or all of them”, he told Football.London journalist Alasdair Gold.

The fact that Cristian Stellini handpicked Alfie Devine and Romaine Mundle out of all the Tottenham youngsters that could partake against Brighton says a lot.
It is a sign that the youthful pair are regarded as the two main prospects next in line for a regular spot in the first-team.
An appearance off the bench would be ideal for either player but even if that does not transpire, they can expect to become starters in the future if they keep their heads down and continue to progress.
