Premier League duo Everton and Leeds United have been linked with Fabiano Parisi and the Serie A starlet is in his ‘last season’ at Empoli, agent Mario Guiffredi tells Tuttomercatoweb.
Guiffredi has never been shy about discussing his client’s future. Last year, the agent admitted that a whole host of clubs on all corners of the continent were casting admiring glances in Parisi’s direction; from Nice to Atalanta, Torino to Leeds United.
A race Everton have since joined, via Pianeta Empoli.

Six months on, while providing an update on Parisi’s future, Giuffredi’s message to Empoli supporters was a simple one. Basically, enjoy him while you can. Because he won’t be around for much longer.
Will Fabiano Parisi end up at Leeds United or Everton?
“Yes, Parisi is ready for a great team,” Giuffredi says. “This will be his last season with Empoli.
“We could have already left (last) summer. His time at the club is over, and it is right that the player should aspire to something more important. (Will he join) Juventus? It’s premature to talk about (specific) teams now.”
A new left-back is certainly high on Juventus’ summer wishlist; long-serving Alex Sandro now 32 and in need of support. Everton are likely to bring in a left-sided defender too, regardless of which division the Toffees find themselves in come June.
Ruben Vinagre, the Sporting Lisbon loanee, appears highly unlikely to seal a permanent £17 million switch to Goodison Park. As such, this leaves Vitaliy Mykolenko as the only full-time, first-team left-back at Sean Dyche’s disposal, even if Niels Nkounkou is impressing out on loan at St Etienne.
Parisi, who has two goals in 21 Serie A games this season, is valued at around £13 million.
“I am very pleased that the great clubs are following me,” Parisi said a few months ago. “But today I am concentrating only on Empoli. We will talk about the transfer market in June.”
Everton suffered a thumping 4-0 defeat to Premier League leaders Arsenal on Wednesday night; Bukayo Saka, Martin Odegaard and a Gabriel Martinelli brace sealing a comfortable win.
