Is Arsenal vs Everton on TV? Many supporters have been asking ahead of Wednesday’s Premier League clash at the Emirates Stadium.
Unfortunately, it is not going to be televised in the United Kingdom, but why?
It’s a midweek Premier League fixture – which usually ends up on the broadcasting schedule – and also a crucial game in the title race.
So, why is Arsenal vs Everton not on TV? Let’s take a look…
Why Arsenal vs Everton is not on TV in the UK
Well, Manchester United and Leeds fans also found themselves asking this question recently as their clash at Old Trafford on Wednesday 8th February was not on TV in the UK.

In that particular instance, it was not televised due to the fact it was a rearranged fixture, with the original date postponed following the death of Queen Elizabeth II back in September.
It was not chosen to be shown on TV for the original date, and rearranged fixtures must stick to that same broadcasting schedule, as Manchester United explained on their official website.
The same reason applies to Arsenal and Everton in this instance.
Mikel Arteta was due to welcome the Toffees to the Emirates Stadium on Sunday 11th September, although the game was called off in honour of Queen Elizabeth II along with several other Premier League fixtures.
While broadcasters such as Sky Sports and BT Sport would presumably love to show Wednesday’s clash between the Gunners and the Toffees, they are unable to having failed to include the original fixture in their schedule.
It means Arsenal fans in the UK will have to go without seeing their beloved Gunners in action once again, after Saturday’s 1-0 win over Leicester also wasn’t on TV due to the 3pm blackout rule.
Saturday’s clash with Bournemouth also won’t be shown on TV in the UK for that same reason.
It is sure to frustrate Arsenal supporters – understandably so – although there should still be plenty of coverage for Gunners fans to cast their eyes over as we enter the business end to the Premier League title race.
