Arsenal Sporting Director Edu has expressed his delight on Instagram to the team’s win against Unai Emery’s Aston Villa on Saturday afternoon, as Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City failed to beat Nottingham Forest at the City Ground.

As you can see from the posts below, Edu is overjoyed with the Gunners’ result, as Arsenal beat Aston Villa 4-2 at Villa Park in the Premier League today.

The Brazilian has used photos from the match along with captions on his Instagram stories to share his joy.

Arsenal lost to Manchester City in the Premier League in midweek.

However, the Gunners bounced back with a 4-2 win against Aston Villa at Villa Park today.

Arsenal needed two late goals to secure the points, though, but manager Mikel Arteta will not mind.

Manchester City failed to win their league game against Nottingham Forest this afternoon.

The defending champions played out a 1-1 draw with Forest at the City Ground in the Premier League.

The results mean that Arsenal are now at the top of the Premier League table with 54 points from 23 matches.

City are second with 52 points from 24 games.
