A Tottenham Hotspur player has messaged Dele Alli following his humiliating and heartbreaking latest Besiktas performance.
For much of his time at Spurs, the 26-year-old was considered one of Europe’s hottest young players.
He was scoring and setting up goals in both the Premier League and Champions League, acting like a perfect foil to the phenomenal Harry Kane ahead of him.
But for whatever reasons, the performances dipped in a massive way and now Alli is struggling in Turkey, via a forgettable spell at Everton.
There was a new low for the former England international this week when he was substituted off after 28 minutes against third division side Turkish outfit third division side Sanliurfa.

Even worse, Alli was booed off by his own supporters [HITC Sport] and confidence wise, well this is probably rock bottom.
However, he isn’t showing it.
Instead, the former Tottenham midfielder posted a cryptic message on Instagram today, displaying a photo of him holding a football, alongside the caption: “You saved my life.”
And his one-time teammate at Spurs, Ryan Sessegnon, was among those to respond.
The £25 million signing from 2019 wrote: “Yes brother,” followed by a love heart emoji.
It is genuinely sad to see such a massively-talented footballer struggling so much, at the age of only 26.
And if things don’t work out in Turkey, which they aren’t at the moment, then it makes you wonder what next for Alli himself.
