Brazilian outlet Bolavip claim Tottenham are willing to sell Lucas Moura in the January window for a bargain £10m fee amid interest from his home country, in the form of Flamengo. Moura’s deal is due to expire at the end of the season.
Moura, 30, has confirmed himself that despite reports suggesting his deal ends in 2024 – he has a deal until next June. Spurs and Moura then have the option to extend it by 12 months. He says he would rather wait till next summer.
The Brazil international joined Spurs from PSG in January 2018 and is approaching five years at the club. He has played 213 times in all competitions for Spurs, having a hand in 65 goals. But this season, he has only managed 11 matches.
Injury has played its part, as has the competition of Dejan Kulusevski and Richarlison. Of those 11 appearances, only two have come from the off and he has spoken of enduring a “difficult” time under Antonio Conte, largely, with injury.
Flamengo’s interest in Moura was reported over the weekend, as reported by Mauro Sant Anna on YouTube. Now, Bolavip add more to that initial story – claiming they could get him in January for just £10m, with Spurs willing to sell.

Tottenham willing to sell Lucas Moura for bargain £10m, Flamengo keen
Flamengo are renowned for bringing in elder, more-experienced players from European clubs. They have the cash to do so. Just looking at their squad of players, Flamengo boast David Luiz, Arturo Vidal, Filipe Luis and Thiago Maia.
So, Moura would fit into that list of players. A £10m fee would not be too expensive for Flamengo. The issue for the Brazilian side is whether Moura is ready to return to his home country, or he fancies another challenge in Europe.
