Well, Liverpool’s Jurgen Klopp might be relieved that he finally added a midfilder to the ranks on Thursday night.
The Reds manager signed Arthur Melo on a season-long loan from Juventus following an injury crisis in midfield.
Thiago, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Naby Keita and Curtis Jones are all sidelined at the moment.
And now their options have dwindled further.
According to The Times, Jordan Henderson, the Liverpool captain who cost £20 million in 2011 [The Guardian], could be out of action for up to a month after picking up a ‘serious’ injury in the midweek victory over Newcastle United.
It was written: “Henderson limped out of the dramatic 2-1 win against Newcastle United on Wednesday with a serious hamstring injury that may force him to miss five games and left Klopp seeking reinforcements.”

It’s a good thing that Arthur is 100 percent fit – according to Guillem Balague – because he might have to get thrown in at the deep end.
The Premier League is different in intensity from anything that the former Barcelona midfielder would’ve had to contend with before and Klopp was probably hoping to ease him into proceedings.
But with four senior midfielders now sidelined for Liverpool, it’s very possible that Klopp will use Arthur as soon as possible.
It was originally reported that the Brazil midfielder could not face Everton at Goodison Park today due to international clearance, according to The Athletic, but The Echo reported that he received his international clearance in time.
However, the games are coming thick and fast for Klopp’s side – and everyone – before the World Cup so the Reds’ supporters will still see him very soon.
