Who are Tottenham Hotspur signing? Who are Chelsea signing? Both sets of fans will be asking themselves this same question a lot over the coming two weeks.

We’re into the final stretch of the transfer window and both Spurs and the Blues have done some excellent business.

Memphis Depay is reportedly a target of Tottenham and Chelsea – and the Netherlands international has made a decision.

Last week, Gazzetta in Italy reported that the Lilywhites had made an inquiry to Barcelona over signing the £200,000-a-week attacking player.

And earlier in August, The London Evening Standard claimed that Thomas Tuchel had been offered the player in West London.

However, both Premier League outfits look set to miss out because the player has decided to join Juventus, according to a report.

90 Min have today reported that the former Manchester United winger has agreed personal terms ahead of a transfer to the Italian giants.

It added that Depay will get his transfer to Turin when the Camp Nou outfit officially terminate his contract.

Despite previously flopping in the Premier League, the 28-year-old is a much more mature player these days and it would’ve been fascinating to see how he would fare in English football now.

However, it’s looking inevitable that he’s headed to Italy, much to the disappointment of Spurs and Chelsea.
