David Moyes’s West Ham United are willing to pay £16 million to sign Tottenham Hotspur target Filip Kostic from Eintracht Frankfurt in the summer transfer window, according to talkSPORT.
TalkSPORT have reported that Frankfurt want £16 million in transfer fees for Kostic, and West Ham are willing to pay it.
West Ham manager David Moyes reportedly wants the Serbia international to compete with Aaron Cresswell at left-back.
Kostic is able to operate as a left-back or as a left wing-back.
TalkSPORT have added that Kostic is still undecided over whether he will move to the Hammers or not.

Tottenham have also been linked with the Frankfurt star.
Earlier this summer, The London Evening Standard claimed that Tottenham admire Kostic and could still sign him despite bringing in Ivan Perisic to play on the left side.
Could West Ham sign Tottenham target Filip Kostic?
In our view, West Ham United could find it tough to sign Filip Kostic from Eintracht Frankfurt this summer, especially if Tottenham decide to make a move of their own.
Yes, West Ham are a big club, but they are unlikely to challenge for the Premier League top four next season.
Eintracht Frankfurt won the UEFA Europa League last season and will play in the UEFA Champions League this coming campaign.
The chance to play in Europe’s premier club completion could be too good for Kostic to turn down.
Moreover, if Tottenham decide to move for the left wing-back later in the window, then he could prefer a move to Spurs to a transfer to the Hammers.
Tottenham will play in the UEFA Champions League next season and will also aim to finish in the Premier League top four.
