Italian outlet CMW claim that Juventus will now turn their attention to signing Tottenham defender Sergio Reguilon this summer, after completing the free transfers of Paul Pogba and Angel Di Maria.

Reguilon, 25, is one of a number of Tottenham players that have been left in London – missing out on the club’s tour of South Korea. Gio Lo Celso, Tanguy Ndombele and Harry Winks, too. Joe Rodon has remained due to illness.

The left-back is now the club’s third-choice option on the left. The summer signing of Ivan Perisic on a free has pushed Reguilon down the pecking order, with Ryan Sessegnon preferred to the ex-Real Madrid man.

Reports have linked Juventus with Reguilon recently, Fabio Paratici reportedly trying to sell him to his old club. Now, Juventus are keen and having done deals for Pogba and Di Maria. Reguilon is their next focus to replace Alex Sandro.

What a move it would be for Reguilon. Overall, he has struggled since arriving at Spurs – playing just 67 times in two seasons for the London club. Football London say Madrid have the option of buying him back this summer.

But that clause is worth a huge £43million. Surely, Spurs will have to accept that a sale will be much nearer the £27million paid for him in 2020. But if a deal can happen, Reguilon will surely jump at the chance to move to Turin.
