Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal and Antonio Conte’s Tottenham have been linked with Memphis Depay, but the Barcelona forward could reportedly end up at Thomas Tuchel’s Chelsea instead.
Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur eye Memphis Depay
Sport reported on June 24 that Arsenal are interested in signing former Manchester Unite forward Depay from Barcelona in the summer transfer window.
Brazilian forward Gabriel Jesus has joined the Gunners, who also have striker Eddie Nketiah in their team, but manager Mikel Arteta could do with another top-quality forward.
Spanish journalist Gerard Romero claimed on Twitch in March that Tottenham have made an offer for Depay.
It was only earlier this month when SPORT claimed that Tottenham asked Barcelona about the Netherlands international forward while holding talks with defender Clement Lenglet.

So, interest in the 28-year-old £82,000-a-week (Goal) forward from Arsenal and Tottenham is very fresh, but the former Manchester United man could be on his way to Chelsea.
Forward offered to Chelsea
The Daily Mail have reported that Barcelona have offered Depay and Sergino Dest to Chelsea in their effort to sign the Blues’ full-backs Cesar Azpilicueta and Marcos Alonso.
Barcelona have financial issues, so they are offering Depay and Dest.
It remains to be seen if Chelsea will accept that offer from Barcelona.
