Tottenham are reportedly yet to make a move to sign AS Roma star Nicolo Zaniolo, with Juventus set to launch an offer for the Italian international in the coming days.

According to journalist Alfredo Pedulla, no foreign club is yet to make an attempt to sign the 22-year-old this summer, with Tottenham one of the many sides interested in Zaniolo this summer as the youngster looks set to leave the Italian capital in the coming weeks.

Roma and Jose Mourinho are both reportedly interested in offloading Zaniolo, yet it appears that Juventus are the only club preparing to make a concrete offer to sign the versatile attacker, with the Turin side being linked with the Italian for quite some time.

With a reported price tag of €60m (£51m), Zaniolo will cost a decent fee this summer, with Juventus likely to sign the playmaker on loan with an obligation to buy, much to the dismay of Tottenham and Antonio Conte, who has been chasing the youngster all summer.

Indeed, Fabio Capello labelled Zaniolo as a ‘genius’ based on the winger’s form from last season, with the Italian prospect playing a huge role in Roma’s UEFA Europa Conference League win against Feyenoord, and this latest update seems to indicate that Tottenham will lose to Juventus for the 22-year-old’s signature.

Juventus always have the final say over every big transfer in Italy, and the deal to sign Zaniolo is no different with Tottenham yet to even move for the Roma star, giving the Old Lady the chance to end Spurs’ hopes of landing the midfielder this summer.

After all, Zaniolo could be an ideal addition for Juventus with the departure of Paulo Dybala, and for Tottenham, they are seemingly not interested in signing the Roma star this summer with Conte already moving to sign the likes of Yves Bissouma and Richarlison.
