Italian outlet CMW claim that Arsenal are willing to include defender Gabriel in a deal to sign Roma striker Tammy Abraham this summer. The England international is rated at an enormous £100million.
Gabriel, 24, has spent the last couple of the seasons at Arsenal and been a mainstay in Mikel Arteta’s defence. But he has been linked with a move away this summer – however, reports state he is happy at The Emirates.

A player considered “really consistent” by Arteta, Gabriel could now be included in a deal to sign Abraham. That is according to CMW, who state that Arsenal are very keen on landing the Roma striker.
Rated at £100million by the Mail, Abraham has enjoyed a stunning season at Roma – scoring 26 goals in 52 games and winning the Europa Conference League. He has a contract at Roma until the summer of 2026.
Arsenal willing to include Gabriel in Abraham deal
Arsenal desperately need a striker and London-born Abraham would be a stunning signing for the Gunners. However, his asking price is a monstrosity. If a deal is to be engineered, Arsenal might have to include a player.
However, would Arsenal want to lose such a consistent part of their defence – as Arteta puts it – to solve their striker issue? Perhaps, it is of the request of Roma, that the only player they want as part of the deal is Gabriel.
If that is the case, then Arsenal should scour the market for a cheaper striker – one where they will not have to lose Gabriel. But if it is the last-case scenario to solve Arsenal’s look for a forward, then this might be a deal that happens.
