The Athletic are reporting this morning that Everton manager Frank Lampard wants to sign Burnley central defender Tarkowski this summer.
Lampard has reportedly been a fan of the English defender since he was the Chelsea manager.
The 29-year-old is out of contract at the Clarets this summer and will become a free agent.
Burnley will play in the Championship next season after getting relegated from the Premier League.
The Athletic have also claimed in their report today that Villa are ‘early favourites’ for the defender.
