Wolverhampton Wanderers have offered Leeds United target Morgan Gibbs-White a new contract, according to The Athletic.
Gibbs-White, linked with a move to Jesse Marsch’s Leeds in the summer transfer window, spent the 2021-22 season on loan at Sheffield United.
TEAMtalk reported in March that Leeds are among a number of clubs who are keen on securing the services of the 22-year-old attacking midfielder in the summer transfer window.
The Athletic have now reported that Wolves have offered the young playmaker a new contract to convince him to stay at Molineux.
The youngster is reported to have been ‘disappointed’ at being brought back from a loan spell at Swansea City in 2020-21 and then not used much at Wolves.
Gibbs-White had a pre-season at Wolves in the summer of 2022 and was then sent out on loan to Sheffield United in the summer transfer window.

Could Leeds sign Morgan Gibbs-White from Wolves?
In our opinion, if Morgan Gibbs-White does not sign a new contract with Wolves, then Leeds could be able to bring him to Elland Road.
If the 22-year-old thinks that his career would be better serves away from Wolves, then the Wanderers could be forced to offload him this summer.
Leeds have retained their Premier League status for next season, and if they are able to convince the playmaker that he would get chances at Elland Road, then they could be able to sign him.
Gibbs-White made 35 starts and two substitute appearances in the Championship this season.
The youngster scored 12 goals and gave 10 assists in those games.
