Tottenham’s Dejan Kulusevski continues to shine – and his performances have been praised over in Italy having left Juventus in January.

Tottenham needed big signings in January in order to help Antonio Conte’s push for a top-four finish.

It took a while to happen but Tottenham did eventually strike with a double raid on Juventus.

Fabio Paratici called up his former club and secured deals for both Kulusevski and midfielder Rodrigo Bentancur.

Both players have made a huge impact on this Tottenham squad and their importance was clear on Sunday.

Tottenham just needed a point against already-relegated Norwich to secure Champions League qualification.

Spurs went far beyond just a point, hammering Norwich 5-0 in a ruthless performance at Carrow Road.

Bentancur set up the first two Tottenham goals, with the opener finished off by Kulusevski.

Kulusevski went on to score again in the second half, curling a beautiful strike into the top corner of the net.

The Swede finished the season perfectly with his two-goal showing and his statistics since joining Tottenham look pretty incredible.

Kulusevski has played 18 times in the Premier League for Tottenham, recording five goals and eight assists in those games.

That’s more ‘direct goal contributions’ than the likes of Jadon Sancho, Alexandre Lacazette and Marcus Rashford despite only arriving in January.

Tottenham have to be excited about Kulusevski’s future and his form has attracted interest back in Italy.

Tuttomercatoweb have taken a look at Kulusevski’s performances, branding his impact ‘stratospheric’.

They note that Kulusevski was in ‘oblivion’ at Juventus but ‘as if by magic’ he has produced great performances whilst showcasing his technical and physical ability.

Kulusevski is also hailed for ‘exceptional growth’ at Tottenham whilst Tottenham are praised for taking advantage of his struggles at Juventus to land a great deal.

Tottenham only have Kulusevski on loan but will soon turn the deal permanent.

Not all of Paratici’s work has gone well at Tottenham but when it comes to Kulusevski, he appears to have struck gold.
