Jermaine Jenas has told BBC Sport that Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane could join Thomas Tuchel’s Chelsea in the summer transfer window.
The former Tottenham midfielder has said that if Antonio Conte leaves Spurs this summer, then Kane could part company with the North London club as well.
Tottenham are aiming to finish in the top four of the Premier League table this season, but Arsenal are in the race as well.
BBC Sport pundit Jenas believes that although Tottenham will not want to sell Kane to Chelsea, the England international striker may not have any other option.
Jenas told BBC Sport: “I would go as far as saying that losing Conte would be forcing Kane’s hand into making a decision he might not want to make.
“By that, I mean going to a club that Spurs really don’t want him to go to – or that he probably wouldn’t want to join – just for the opportunity of winning a trophy. Somewhere like Chelsea, for example.
“You could understand Kane wanting to leave anyway if the club were not bringing in better players and kept changing managers every two minutes.”

Harry Kane won’t leave Tottenham for Chelsea
In our opinion, Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane will not join Chelsea.
Ever.
Kane is well aware of the intense rivalry between London rivals Tottenham and Chelsea.
The striker will not want to damage the relationship with the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium faithful.
Yes, the options to Kane are limited if he wants to leave Spurs this summer, but we do not think that he will switch to Chelsea.
In our opinion, Tottenham fans need not worry about losing Kane this summer.
Spurs chairman Daniel Levy will not want to sell his most prized asset.
