Nottingham Forest take on Liverpool this evening and both Everton and West Ham United intend to scout Joe Worrall during the game.
That’s according to a report from The Sunday Mirror (20/03, p71), who claim that Worrall is a man in demand ahead of the summer window.
It’s stated that Everton, West Ham and Brighton will all scout Worrall during today’s FA Cup clash against Liverpool as they analyse the defender.
West Ham boss David Moyes is believed to be a big fan of Worrall and wants to bring him to East London.
Moyes has always loved shopping in the Championship market, from Joleon Lescott and Tim Cahill at Everton to Jarrod Bowen and Craig Dawson at West Ham; Worrall would fit the bill.
Everton are seeking new signings for the summer too though, and desperately need to bring in defensive reinforcements – no matter what division they’re playing in.
Forest don’t want to sell Worrall but missing out on promotion to the Premier League may leave them needing to sell.
That may be what Everton and West Ham hope for, as they may feel they can get a relative bargain in Worrall.

Worrall is unlikely to face off against Mohamed Salah today but will still be going up against quality Liverpool attackers.
This will be a great test for Worrall having already helped Forest dump Arsenal and Leicester City out of the FA Cup.
Branded ‘fantastic’ by Steven Gerrard having played under him at Rangers, Worrall is almost an ever-present in the Forest back line.
Worrall seems destined for the Premier League one day, and that could come next season – whether it’s with Forest, Everton, West Ham or Brighton.
